We specialize in the design and construction of sunrooms with an emphasis on all glass rooms such as conservatories, solariums, and high quality greenhouses. James McMaken has been involved with sunroom sales and construction exclusively since January of 1996. Arriving in the Cincinnati area in October of 1997, he spent the last eleven years becoming familiar with the complexities of building sunrooms in the Greater Cincinnati area. James has been featured in such publications as Cincinnati Magazine and Design Magazine for his knowledge regarding these special additions. Mr. McMaken designed two conservatories featured in This Old House Magazine in October of 2003. James has a passion for sunroom design and for the creation of projects that blend with the existing home. His ideas bring a fresh, energetic, and open feel into your home making each space unique. James has worked with many manufacturers, and he understands how they each apply to the situations you may encounter with your home. McMaken Custom Sunrooms' main concern is quality and excellence. James has been awarded five National Sunroom Association design awards, and you will see his experience and dedication to providing the right project for each home is evident in our project photos.
